Because the trip is a real one, the hour matters: mid-morning and after 20:00 are the two clean windows. Guests who work around TÜYAP often come straight after an exhibition day, when the westbound traffic is heavy but the eastbound run to us is not.
The driver's three points
Hips and lower back first. Sitting folds the hip flexors and switches off the glutes; over months that shortens the front of the hip and loads the lumbar spine. This is not solved by stretching the back — it is solved by working the hip. Making the trip worthwhile
For a half-hour drive we usually suggest a sixty-minute format rather than forty-five, or the hammam (₺1,800) combined with a massage as a single block of two to two and a half hours. Couples from Mimaroba and Sinanoba book the jacuzzi VIP package (₺5,000) more often than any other district on this side — it turns the drive into an occasion rather than an errand.

And take the shower and tea afterwards before you drive — a body that has just been fully relaxed is not the one you want to put straight back into the TEM.
